It had been days since her ankle had healed, her riding lessons had yet to start, but some bandits had escaped so the men had been very busy. Not that she minded for she had met some of the childen in which she was running around with in the garden any way. Which propably was not the best idea since she had just healed but she didn't heed warnings.

The maids had watched with smiles, muttering things long the lines of how Natalia would make an excellent mother. Natalia's silver like laugh had workers smiling as they worked, having natalia around kept the children busy. Her arms wrapped around a little girl as she lifted her and spun her around. Her flats were no longer on her feet and she was barefoot, her hair was loose and was a bright stream in the air. Her tunic was a pale blue and her breeches were black.

The loud laughter continued for a while until Natalia and the children settled down a little, as the game quieted for it was time for tea and a small snack. Which Natalia ate outside with the children, as they told jokes and stories. Her shoes were sitting away from them, and she was leaning against a bench as she laughed and listened.

The last few days had seemed to have brightened nearly everyone’s day with Natalie staying with them. Everyone had taken a liking to her and he often heard talk among the workers of how she got along well with the kids as they played. The thought was enough to make Kelvin smile as he finished strapping on his armor.

Today he had to go on patrol in the woods again, they were keeping the bandits from the roads and settlements so they were being pushed farther and father back as the other towns did the same. After awhile they wouldn’t have to worry about it and it the outlaws had already been pushed well out of the area. So as the knight made his way towards the garden to speak with Nataliea before he left he thought briefly that it was about time to teach her how to rise. When he got to the edge of the garden to see her back as she sat with the kids he let himself smile as he turned to a nearby maid. [b] “Give her a message for me once she isnt busy, when we get back ill take her out for a short ride then tomorrow we can start her lessons.

With that he was gone, heading off to join his men as they rode out of the compound and towards the long road leading into the forests. The maid stood there looking at the new woman with a fond smile at the thought of their lord finally taking an interest in a woman and how the manor would keep becoming brighter and happier as they realized their feelings. But that was probably some way off so they couldn’t push them to much, after all maids always knew best but those they served always seemed so blind to the matters of the heart.

Natalia spotted Kelvin out of the corner of her eye, but then he turned and left. She smiled sadly for a moment before she turned back to the children. She laughed quietly, with them before it was time for them to go. Natalia stood and gathered her flats, she held them in her hands as she strode across the grass, the maid came up to her and passed the message along. Smiling she went in to have a bath, before she set about changing her tunic which was full of grass stains.

Natalia actually took the maids advice for some riding boots, and she set about working them in,walking around with the maids, who she had taken a liking too so she talked with them often, even helped sometimes, when they let her. Not that it was often that she did help them for they didn't really allow her.

Natalia sat on the bench, humming a little tune, she was combing her fingers through her hair watching the birds fly and some horses going in and out of the stables and pastures.
